What You’ll Do As our Office Operations Director of Philanthropy you’ll be the architect behind the systems, insights, and relationships that fuel our philanthropic mission. You’ll lead a dynamic team across Database Management, Donor Relations, and Office Administration—empowering them to reach new heights of excellence and innovation. Your work will shape how we identify and engage supporters, steward relationships, and build lasting connections that drive long-term giving. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field 10+ years of progressive work experience in stewardship/donor relations 3+ years of supervisory/leadership and project management experience with the desire to continuously grow as a collaborative leader within a dynamic environment Expert knowledge of Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud and/or other relevant databases.
