Requirements

• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of a human resources management system (HRMS) and related business software programs.
• Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or volatile situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Independently direct personnel operations for the School of Education, including Senate and non-Senate academics, staff, and student employees.
• Oversee all personnel functions and serve as principal consultant on academic and staff personnel and payroll matters.
• Provide executive-level strategic planning, analyses, organizational assessments, and recommendations.
• Represent the School of Education in all personnel matters and coordinate campus initiatives on behalf of School leadership.
