About The Position

The Paid Media Manager at Time4Learning is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy across various digital channels to enhance customer acquisition and brand reach. This role involves leading a team that oversees social media, content, paid search, and influencer marketing, while managing the paid media budget and optimizing performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals, and it emphasizes leadership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in paid media management with experience in high-budget campaigns ($10M+).
  • Strong background in managing paid search and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and TikTok Ads.
  • Expert-level proficiency in data analytics, KPI tracking, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong eye for creative optimization across ad formats.
  • Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with the education industry or consumer brands marketing to parents.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising or eCommerce platforms like Shopify.

  • Experience in EdTech or data-driven industries.
  • Background in content strategy and short-form video production.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple digital channels.
  • Partner with the Director of Web Strategy & Growth to enhance user engagement and accelerate growth.
  • Lead and support a team overseeing organic social media, influencer partnerships, paid search, and content strategy.
  • Provide strategic direction on paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and optimize performance.
  • Guide the influencer marketing strategy to expand reach and drive direct sales attribution.
  • Manage the paid media budget, overseeing allocation and performance forecasting.
  • Develop regular performance reporting for business leadership on key KPIs and insights.
  • Leverage advanced segmentation and targeting strategies to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad and social media assets.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across paid media and influencer marketing.
  • Provide weekly growth updates and campaign performance insights to business leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing goals.
