This position is based in downtown Austin, TX, and we are looking for someone who is interested in a role that has an on-site component working closely with and reporting to the CEO. We are partnered with a fast-growth, later-stage, Business to Consumer Services (B2C) startup to help them identify a Director or VP of Marketing reporting to the CEO to lead customer acquisition. The key success criteria for this role are finding someone who is a hands-on performance marketing leader who can dig deep into analytics, optimize campaigns, and manage tightly to ROI while jumping in and rolling up their sleeves to get work done. For example, if in addition to leading marketing strategy and managing a team you wouldn't hesitate to perform field marketing to meet consumers where they are - Setting up a table at the local gardening center or standing up at a local HOA meeting to give a small pitch, this role could be the right fit.
