About The Position

The team size is expected to remain at one through this round of funding. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and Finance and partner closely with the VP of Talent and executive team to ensure People strategy drives company performance. This is an ideal role for a strategic builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the employee experience from the ground up.
