About The Position
The Director of People at Density is responsible for planning, leading, developing, and implementing the People operations within the organization. This role encompasses various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, retention, benefits management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation strategy. The Director will work closely with the leadership team to steer the company culture, align the global People strategy with business objectives, and enhance employee experience through innovative practices.
