About The Position
Kharon is seeking a full-time Director of People Operations, who will report to our Washington D.C. office. The Director will manage day-to-day People Operations, ensuring seamless administration of HR policies, compliance, and team member support while serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback. The role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, managing audits, overseeing reporting, and optimizing HRIS and EOR platforms. The Director will also support employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies, while managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
