About The Position

The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards is responsible for building and automating the people infrastructure that allows our organization to grow and perform at its best. This role strengthens core HR operations, oversees compensation and benefits, and ensures our systems, policies, and practices are effective, compliant, and mission-aligned. Day to day, you will: Drive automation and optimization of People and Culture workflows Lead and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities and budget Develop and present people and rewards analytics to inform strategic decision-making and organizational planning To thrive in this job, you must: Bring deep experience leading compensation, benefits, and People Operations programs in a complex, multi-site, or national organization Be both strategic and hands-on — comfortable designing scalable frameworks and staying close to operational details Use data and analytics to inform decisions, communicate clearly, and influence leaders Interested? Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive automation and optimization of People and Culture workflows
  • Lead and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities and budget
  • Develop and present people and rewards analytics to inform strategic decision-making and organizational planning
