About The Position

As the Director of People Data Science, you will serve as a strategic advisor to
Human Resources, Finance, and business leadership, leading the enterprise People
Analytics and Data Science function. This role transforms workforce data into
insights that influence board‑level decisions, enterprise talent strategy, and
long‑range workforce planning, while ensuring scalable, secure, and modern
analytics capabilities.

You will report directly to our Leader of HR Data Analytics and you’ll work out
of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
