The Director of People & Culture will serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on leader, shaping and strengthening the foundation of our Human Resources function. This leader will own organizational health and people performance systems — ensuring clarity, accountability, and consistency across STAT as we scale. You’ll guide a small but mighty team while rolling up your sleeves to deliver on the day-to-day.
