The Director of People and Culture is a key position, responsible for leading Human Resources initiatives, including interface with the Board of Trustees on P&C strategic priorities, aligning compensation and benefits with our culture and benchmarks, and ensuring legal compliance. This administrative position will lead all areas of human resources strategy and operations, supporting the School’s faculty and staff while promoting a positive, values-based workplace culture.
