About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Payroll to join our top-ranked hospital/healthcare organization where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our dedicated staff receive accurate and timely compensation for their life-saving work. You'll collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to drive continuous improvement in our payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple pay cycles.
