About The Position
The Director, Payor Strategy and Contracting will be primarily responsible for the negotiation, implementation, and oversight of all payor contracts. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President, this role involves working closely with the analytics team to model all contract proposals, including fee-for-service and value-based arrangements. The Director will also collaborate with the Account Management Team to troubleshoot operational issues related to contracts and provide managerial oversight to the Payor Contract Manager.
