  • Supervisory: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for the team while balancing hands‑on involvement with director‑level responsibilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Hold performance conversations as needed and foster a positive, growth‑focused culture.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and check‑ins to review progress, challenges, and goals.
  • Take full ownership of the location, ensuring smooth operations and a strong patient experience.
  • Step in as a clinical team member when needed to ensure coverage, maintain continuity of care, and support high‑quality patient service.
  • Oversee and monitor the patient appointment schedule to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality of care.
  • Maintain quality control for appointments, chart notes, and clinical workflows.
  • Ensure all operational processes run effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage reports, metrics, and performance data to inform decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain and manage location laboratory supplies and sleep test inventory.
  • Oversee invoice verification and coordinate payment requests.
  • Support financial tracking and resource planning to keep the location operating efficiently.
  • Contribute to growing the business by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Use metrics to drive decision‑making and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Serve as a confident leader who protects the patient experience while helping the team achieve strong results.
