About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Patient Experience with Medical City Arlington to promote growth and unlock possibilities. At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. As a Director of Patient Experience, you will serve as the stakeholder champion for setting the service culture of the organization to improve satisfaction results across all customer groups in the organization. You will manage data sets and reports related to customer satisfaction. The role functions include: planning, analyzing, preparing, managing, and evaluating administrative and operational activities of customer satisfaction and related projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and directing all functions of the department(s) in order to meet the stated mission, vision and values of the facility. You will effectively operate the department, continue the improvement of the departments processes and outcomes, comply with hospital and corporate policy and procedures, efficiently manage finances and resources, promote teamwork and customer satisfaction, and integrate the department services into the organizations overall plan for the delivery of care and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or clinical field required.
  • Master's in Healthcare Field or Business preferred.
  • Certification in Patient Experience or Conflict Resolution preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare management and customer relations experience or comparable leadership background.
  • Specific experience with patient experience, patient advocacy, conflict resolution and customer relations required.
