Onco360 is looking for a Director of Patient Experience & Communication to join our team. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Remote work available. The Director of Patient Experience & Communications is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that elevate the patient experience at every touchpoint. This involves developing all Qliqsoft communications and campaigns, analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with various departments to implement patient-centered solutions. The Director of Patient Experience & Communications plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall experience of patients within an organization.
