Open Door Community Health Centers (ODCHC) is committed to ensuring a seamless, patient-centered experience from the first point of contact. The Director of Patient Access plays a critical leadership role in the oversight of front office operations across the organization, including registration and call center services. As a member of the ODCHC leadership team, the Director of Patient Access supports a culture of operational excellence, service quality, and employee engagement. This position works in close partnership with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure strong coordination between front and back office functions and optimize the overall patient experience. The Director of Patient Access also plays a central role in strategic initiatives, including the development and ongoing leadership of ODCHC's centralized call center and Learning Better Together.
