The Director of Parts Logistics and Operations, Customer Support (the "Director") is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role. The Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the parts logistics operations to ensure the efficient procurement, storage, distribution, and management of parts and components within the organization. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and leading a team to ensure the timely availability of parts while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards. Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of the Customer Support division for North America, the Director works in a globally matrixed organization overseeing critical regional functions/deliverables across our business segments. The Director also leads Spare Parts Specialists who own the customer relationship from a spare parts perspective and proactively engage customers to increase spare parts sales. The role reports to the Vice President and General Manager of Customer Support.
