As the Director of Partner Solutions, you will lead post-sale success and retention efforts for Ascertain’s most important partners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare technology, SaaS implementation, or healthcare consulting who’s ready to build a high-impact function from the ground up. You will own end-to-end customer success after the initial sale: guiding pilot delivery, driving change management and adoption, and ensuring long-term retention and expansion. You’ll work directly with care management and revenue cycle teams to make sure our platform integrates smoothly into their daily workflows, delivering real, measurable value. Implementations to ongoing customer success initiatives and onboarding for future products. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure each deployment delivers measurable impact, provides clear ROI metrics for go-to-market decisions, and sets the stage for seamless adoption of our offerings. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an operator who thrives in ambiguity, leverages data to drive decisions, and is passionate about helping healthcare teams succeed. You’ll help define our partner success strategy, build scalable SOPs and playbooks, and shape the partner experience. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a formal leadership role and build a team. This position will be based out of our office in New York City on a hybrid basis, but for the right candidate, we are open to remote work.

  • Define and track data-driven KPIs (e.g., time saved, turnaround reduction) to demonstrate ROI and inform GTM decisions.
  • Act as primary client contact—conduct interviews, map workflows, and present to executives; design change-management strategies to ensure adoption by frontline teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking post-implementation results; hold regular business reviews; develop a scalable customer-success framework (onboarding, training, support, upsell).
  • Create a standardized onboarding playbook for upcoming offerings; partner with Product/Engineering to integrate new features and pilot beta rollouts.

  • 4+ years of healthcare IT or SaaS implementation/project-management experience, or 3+ years of management consulting experience with a focus in healthcare.
  • Exposure to revenue-cycle management, case management, or prior-authorization workflows in hospitals or health systems.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and delivering quantifiable results.
  • Experience defining scalable onboarding processes and playbooks for future product rollouts.
  • Exposure to customer-support workflows and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) to bridge the gap between implementation and ongoing support.
  • Previous experience in a scrappy startup environment—comfortable wearing multiple hats and iterating processes quickly.
  • Define, collect, and analyze metrics to show ROI and guide go-to-market decisions.
  • Present insights effectively to both executives and frontline teams.
  • Create detailed plans, set milestones, and manage risks; familiarity with common project-management tools is helpful.
  • Build strong client relationships, anticipate churn, and drive expansion strategies.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot issues, train users, and support integrations.
  • Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced startup while staying detail-oriented.
  • Understand the challenges of behind-the-scenes healthcare professionals and adapt solutions accordingly.
  • Cutting-edge technology: Work directly with the latest advancements in generative AI and automation, tackling challenging problems that meaningfully impact healthcare.
