The Director of the Ozanam Scholars Program will provide the leadership and management of the four-year student leadership research program of the Institute. This includes the design, implementation and maintenance of events and programs of the Ozanam Scholars that promote Academic Scholarship, Vincentian Service, and Global Citizenship. The Director will also collaborate with faculty and academic colleges that support the opportunity to enrich scholarship, promote research, and ground creative activity embedded in interdisciplinary curricula, teaching, and learning, while helping our Scholars to become engaged, responsible citizens within and among their local and global communities. This position is responsible for two full-time administrators (Associate and Assistant Director of the Ozanam Scholars), one part-time faculty member (Ozanam Scholars Faculty Advisor), and three (3) graduate assistants.
