About The Position
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the clinical oversight for all outpatient therapy services to include onsite and telehealth outpatient programming. The Director manages all activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program. The goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts and develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the Business Development department.
