About The Position
Since 1985, The Brook Hospitals have been providing quality mental health and addiction treatment services. The Brook Hospitals have two outstanding facilities located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. The Brook Hospitals prides itself upon the fact that our patients are referred directly to us by local professionals and organizations: physicians, psychologists, social workers, employee assistance professionals, community mental health centers, hospitals, schools, courts, social service agencies and managed care organizations. These direct referrals and our high patient and family satisfaction rates are a reflection of our effectiveness in treating mental illness and addictions.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Services or Psychiatric.
- Must be licensed in the state of Kentucky (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, MFTA, LMFT, LPP)
- 5 to 8 years of related experience.

- 8 ti 10 years related experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating quality of care for patients in an outpatient setting.
- Also responsible for day to day operations, management and development of Outpatient programming and Senior Perspectives.
- Offers direct supervision to several employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, operations of all facets of the Outpatient office responsibilities.
