The Director of Outlets is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, financial performance, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role provides strategic direction, training, and operational support across outlets, including restaurants, lounges, pool service, café, and in-room dining. The Director will work closely with the Executive Chef, Sales Team, and General Manager to deliver high-quality experiences while maintaining budgetary and service standards.
