About The Position
The Director of Operations - Fittings is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes and general supervision of all phases of fittings operations, including safety, production, quality control, hiring, and training personnel. This role involves managing equipment purchases, maintenance, and layout, as well as planning and executing new operations. The Director will monitor workflow and assembly methods, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
