We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Legal Operations to join our team and serve as a driving force for continued growth and expansion. This newly created, “in-person” role will report directly to the CEO, and is critical to our firm's continued growth and success. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that systems, processes, and resources are optimized for efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the legal industry’s needs and challenges.
