Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading operations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, operational, and business functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare or business operations.
  • Prior experience owning and driving large, strategic operational client programs.

  • Master’s degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership & P&L Management Provide operational ownership of large, strategic client programs.
  • Lead P&L oversight, financial performance management, and program‑level budget accountability.
  • Ensure effective onsite and in‑market operational coordination to support client outcomes and program success.
  • Partner with leadership and in‑market teams to execute high‑priority initiatives and drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Liaison Serve as the primary liaison to market leadership, including Medical Directors and executive‑level client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate SCP team interfaces to ensure visibility, engagement, and clear communication across involved functions Partner with Business Operations functions (e.g., Recruiting, Credentialing, Workforce Management) to ensure aligned, timely support for program needs.
  • Manage executive and leadership interfaces across SCP—including RCPA, RMO, and other Performance Edge partner teams.
  • Internal Alignment for Initiative Support Lead and support programmatic initiatives, helping to execute aligned operational strategies.
  • Support the development, adoption, and operationalization of system‑wide initiatives.
