About The Position

_AdventHealth is seeking a leader in healthcare that will be tasked with starting and maintaining a network of concierge womens wellness clinics._ Womens wellness encompasses a holistic approach to health that addresses the unique physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of women. Included in this approach is support and collaboration with health professionals around choices that impact lifestyle, mental well-being, and reproductive health (including perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause). The Concierge clinic approach is built on a highly tailored and individualized approach that couples the evidenced based practices of allopathic, osteopathic, lifestyle, and functional medicine. Goals for the program are to serve the unique needs of women to prevent disease, enhance wholeness and quality of life, and to empower women as they make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
  • 5 years experience in a healthcare leadership role

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
  • Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement
  • Experience in Physician Practice management, managing multiple practices and phycian start-ups
  • Experience with Hospital operations
  • Active American Heart Association BLS
  • Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)

Responsibilities

  • Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization, monitoring productivity to determine the need to add or consolidate providers.
  • Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety, overseeing outcomes, licenses, certifications, accreditations, onsite inspections, and risk events.
  • Represents the service line during each step of the recruitment process, identifying and communicating the need for new providers and monitoring recruitment triggers.
  • Focuses on consumer experience through oversight and accountability of performance, managing action plans, and escalating complaints as needed.
  • Delivers on Team Member Promise through team leadership development conversations, overseeing team engagement action plans, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Ensures workflow optimization and effectiveness for both providers and staff, holding service line performance accountable through a variety of meeting structures.
