About The Position

The Director of Operations, Specialty Medicine Services provides operational and administrative oversight for the physician network's medical specialty practices, including but not limited to endocrinology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, palliative care. The Director ensures these practices deliver exceptional patient care, meet performance goals, and operate in alignment with health system strategies and specialty service line priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in physician practice operations or health system ambulatory services is required.
