About The Position
The Director of Operations at IDEX Health & Science (IH&S) is responsible for providing both tactical and strategic leadership across all operational aspects of the business unit. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of industry-leading products while driving customer satisfaction and company growth. The Director will lead initiatives in production, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and will be instrumental in transforming processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
