Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations of all practice locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant workflows. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards to support high-quality care and operational excellence. • Monitor patient access, scheduling, and throughput to maintain optimal capacity and patient satisfaction. • Collaborate with providers and staff to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and growth. Financial Management • Manage operational budgets, financial forecasting, and cost-control initiatives. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visit volumes, care management claims, revenue, collections, and productivity. • Partner with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate charge capture, coding compliance, and timely reimbursement. People & Culture • Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers and support staff to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. • Promote an environment of respect, engagement, and patient-centered service. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements. • Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and value-based care efforts. • Partner with clinical leaders to achieve high performance on clinical quality metrics and patient experience scores. Strategic Growth & Innovation • Support strategic planning, service expansion, and operational integration initiatives. • Lead or participate in projects related to technological adoption, population health, or care coordination. • Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and demonstrate outcomes.
