About The Position
At MB Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, WI, we pride ourselves on innovation, collaboration, and dedication to excellence. The Director of Operations will have responsibility for the operations of three MB Business Units in Chilton and New Holstein, Wisconsin. This includes production planning and organizing the workflow for the operations resulting in high quality products and a safe environment in the plant. This role drives cost efficiency throughout the operations team and works closely with the quality, engineering, and supply chain team.
