About The Position

The Director of Operations at Towne Park is responsible for the effective operational leadership of specific sites, ensuring financial performance, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. This role involves directing resources, managing budgets, and developing business strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of operations management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls.
  • Extensive knowledge in sales, employment practices, and business development.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare service environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in achieving financial and operational targets by establishing a positive culture and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Direct activities and priorities of site operational leaders to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Prepare and present site operating budgets, marketing plans, and capital budgets, partnering with hotel leadership to manage key property issues.
  • Drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness and compliance within the business unit.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with associates, clients, and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Present and sell Towne Park services to potential and existing clients, developing action plans to reach targeted prospects.
  • Initiate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote Towne Park services.
  • Meet regularly with operational leaders to assess staffing and retention goals, partnering with Talent Acquisition for recruitment initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction and support for training programs to meet business objectives and prepare associates for advancement.
