About The Position
eDerm Systems is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to organize and oversee the daily operations of support, client relations, implementation & training. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The Director of Operations will create the plan and build the appropriate team to see the plan through. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. Our ideal candidate has experience working directly for a healthcare software company, preferably an electronic health record (EHR) software platform. This position will require extensive travel, 50% - 75%.
