We are searching for the best talent for Director of Operations in West Chester, PA! (Additional Locations: Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; Palm Beach Gardens, FL). Reporting to the Sr. Director of TECA Operations, the Operations Director will lead a team accountable for a robust supply of finished goods, supporting over $3.6B in annual revenue. You will develop a team of 2 External Operations Managers to establish and drive strategies to deliver benchmark value through improved quality, customer service, and responsiveness while reducing supply chain total costs and increasing profitability. Additionally, you will deploy dedicated continuous improvement specialists to help external partners foster process improvements and a lean culture.
