About The Position

The Director of Operations for Beach Volleyball at USC is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to the beach volleyball team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field (5 years preferred).
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Teamworks, and ARMS.
  • Experience working in higher education and/or a sports-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage student managers/workers.
  • Process expense reports and per diem for team travel.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation, airfare, and hotel.
  • Order meals and coordinate with nutrition services.
  • Manage TeamWorks, team calendar, and team communication.
  • Oversee team equipment needs and Nike orders.
  • Assist with social media presence.
  • Manage recruiting visits and contacts.
  • Complete compliance reporting for practice logs and recruiting contacts.
  • Assist with running beach clinics.
  • Promote an environment that fosters inclusive relationships and creates unbiased opportunities.
