Director of Operations and Technology and Business Development-Simulation Center (CHIPS)
About The Position
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Operations and Technology and Business Development provides oversight and direction of simulation operations, technology and business development within the Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Simulation(CHIPS). This position leads CHIPS in the direction of daily operations for the simulation facility, operational team logistics, quality improvement measures focused on organizational effectiveness as well as fiscal management for operational needs. This position assists the Executive Director in advisement on the operations, technology and resources within the simulation program and strategic planning for organizational growth.
