About The Position
The Director of Operations & Finance at HomePlate Youth Services is responsible for managing the organization's internal systems, financial processes, and facilities to ensure operational stability and efficiency in support of the organization's mission to assist youth experiencing housing instability. This role involves oversight of operations, finance, human resources, and organizational leadership, while also championing equity and anti-racist practices within the organization.
