About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Six or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead project teams.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate efficient methods for projects.
  • Knowledge of business practices for preparing bid specifications and administering contracts.

  • Experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Familiarity with C-I-CARE standards for patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sets vision for and leads department priorities.
  • Partners with Executive Director/Administrative Director in planning activities that align with the SHC operational plan.
  • Acts in an advisory role to all departments, programs, staff, and leaders.
  • Maintains a Master Program Schedule and regularly reports on progress to senior leaders.
  • Develops an Annual Report.
  • Leads recruiting, onboarding, and hosting of events to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Leads Quality and Compliance programs to ensure safe, best-in-class care.
  • Oversees contract administration needs including vendor performance and financial oversight.
  • Partners with Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives to prepare budgets and track financial outcomes.
  • Implements and continuously improves systems and processes to manage operations effectively.
  • Facilitates effective communication across the enterprise.
  • Builds and develops business relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Supports professional growth of direct reports through developmental plans and learning opportunities.
  • Coaches, mentors, and motivates direct reports to meet program goals.
