This position will have a deep understanding of oncology, patient care, clinical operations, and a proven track record of effective leadership. This role will require strategic thinking, strong management skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, registered nursing or a related field required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare management or related field preferred.
BLS required.
A record of progressive responsibility in healthcare management and leadership spanning at least five (5) years. Extensive clinical knowledge of oncology and wound care services.
Strong understanding of oncology clinical operations, treatment modalities, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, public speaking, market development and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and achieve strategic objectives.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
