This position will have a deep understanding of oncology, patient care, clinical operations, and a proven track record of effective leadership. This role will require strategic thinking, strong management skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, registered nursing or a related field required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare management or related field preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • A record of progressive responsibility in healthcare management and leadership spanning at least five (5) years. Extensive clinical knowledge of oncology and wound care services.
  • Strong understanding of oncology clinical operations, treatment modalities, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, public speaking, market development and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
