About The Position
Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12-18 old. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide. Gulf Coast Treatment Center provides comprehensive mental healthcare and education services for at risk female adolescents, families and our community. Gulf Coast Treatment Center is looking for a caring and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team and successfully lead and manage the nursing program. The Director of Nursing assumes twenty-four (24) hour responsibility for the administration of nursing and clinical care to patients, and the management of nursing personnel in the Facility. Establishes standards of nursing practice, develops policies and procedures for all clinical services, and nursing standards of patient care.
