About The Position
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the administration and management of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and build effective teams while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. The Director will manage a 5-star facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, and will assume operational responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator.
