Recruit Secure is proud to partner with a well-established, highly rated Skilled Nursing Facility (200+ beds) in the Schenectady , NY area in the search for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team. POSITION OVERVIEW: T he Director of Nursing will be responsible for: : Overseeing the overall quality of care throughout the facility. Requirements
- Must have several years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- A proven track record of nursing team development and mentorship.
- In-depth understanding of clinical operations , regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Active NY RN license
