Requirements
- Current RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Geriatric or home care experience required
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all home care services to ensure safe, high‑quality client care
- Shape agency policies, procedures, and clinical standards
- Drive quality improvement through QAPI oversight and data‑driven decision‑making
- Serve as Acting Administrator when needed
- Cross trained to conduct comprehensive client assessments and advocate for client needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Support staff through supervision, training and coaching
- Promote safety, infection control, and best practices
