About The Position

Maple Lawn Manor in Hydro, OK is seeking a Director of Nursing! The Director of Nursing (DON) manages the services provided by the nursing personnel of a healthcare facility. Duties include, overseeing the nursing personnel and patient care, as well as administrative tasks such as record keeping and budgeting. Our team is dedicated to finding an exceptional nurse who is committed to providing 'Only the Best' care for our beloved residents. Experience in an administrative or management role is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Current Active State RN License
• Knowledge of relevant nursing care
• Friendly and professional bedside manner
• Maintains current CPR certification
• Multi-tasking skills
• Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills
• Understands legal implications of patient care

• Supervising all nursing staff
