In this role, you will be responsible for administering the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care and advise clinical staff, department heads, and the Executive Director on matters related to nursing services. You will also direct the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care for residents.

Requirements

Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of five years' clinical experience in the field of geriatric healthcare
Minimum of two years’ management/supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
Knowledge of principles of nursing care, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in nursing
