Recruit Secure is proud to partner with a well-established, highly- rated Skilled Nursing Facility (250+ beds) in the Buffalo, NY area in the search for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team. POSITION OVERVIEW: T he Director of Nursing will be responsible for: : Overseeing the overall quality of care throughout the facility. Leading, developing, and motivating a team-oriented nursing staff . Experience developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures Ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and Department of Health (DOH) regulations. Fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment with the backing of a strong and experienced management team. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Must have at least five (5) of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. At least 2-3 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience A proven track record of nursing team development and mentorship. In-depth understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Requirements
