Director of Nursing - Eddy Heritage House, Troy NY Eddy Heritage House Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a strong and compassionate leader to join our team as Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. This position requires committed leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices in a skilled nursing facility setting. Eddy Heritage House Nursing & Rehab Center is a 122 bed (80 long term care beds, 40 subacute rehab beds and 2 respite beds) skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Troy, NY, dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
