We are looking for a Director of Nursing who brings clinical strength, steady leadership, and a kind, people first approach. You will guide nursing services across emergency, inpatient, swing bed, surgical, outpatient, and specialty care. You will help teams learn, grow, and feel supported. This is a role for someone who loves strategy, problem solving, and high level planning, but who also welcomes the chance to support the bedside in real moments of need. Someone who can shift gears without hesitation, stay flexible, and stay grounded in what matters most: safe care and healthy staff. Requirements
- Current Montana RN License or multistate compact license
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum of five years leadership experience in nursing required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, within 6 months of hire
- Current TNCC or ENPC, STABLE, and NRP within 12 months of hire
- Relevant knowledge of healthcare delivery, health reform, and care systems
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of critical access and rural healthcare environments is ideal
