We are looking for a Director of Nursing who brings clinical strength, steady leadership, and a kind, people first approach. You will guide nursing services across emergency, inpatient, swing bed, surgical, outpatient, and specialty care. You will help teams learn, grow, and feel supported. This is a role for someone who loves strategy, problem solving, and high level planning, but who also welcomes the chance to support the bedside in real moments of need.
