About The Position

The Director of Nursing (RN) ensures clinical excellence across all client services. You'll work with a leadership team that values your expertise and empowers you to create meaningful impact in a company rooted in compassion, inclusion, and long-term care excellence.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license
• 3+ years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong documentation, teaching, and quality control skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal effectiveness

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home-care or AHCA-regulated environments
• Background in policy development or nurse education
• Familiarity with EMR and telehealth platforms
• Understanding of performance-based compliance audits

Responsibilities

• Conduct and review clinical assessments and care plans.
• Train and evaluate caregivers for competency and compliance.
• Supervise delivery of care per AHCA standards.
• Lead quality assurance reviews and documentation audits.
• Partner with the Operations Director to align staffing with client needs.
• Participate in staff development, education, and training.
• Maintain professional standards of infection control, confidentiality, and safety.
