About The Position

Faulkton Area Medical Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Position qualifies for full benefit package. Requirements

• Current South Dakota Registered Nursing license
• Possess a bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in acute care and emergency settings

Nice To Haves

• Prior management experience (preferred)
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, and PALS (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Member of the facility management team
• Exercises management responsibilities over supervisory and non-supervisory team members
• Serves as an advisory role to Administration
• Manager for Acute, Emergency, Materials Management, Outreach, and Outpatient
• Administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions, activities, and training of the Nursing staff and is responsible for the total nursing care needs of all patients
